1 week and we're outta here!

1 more week....1 more week!!!  (this is repeating over and over in my head)

Can't believe we are on that last 7 days here in Isanti.....even though we only started this process just under 3 months ago....its finally getting into the final days.....next week on Friday we will be driving to the new house (or townhouse) and unloading, unpacking and organizing the new place....we are so ready to go....if not for the sanity of Andrew and his spending way too many hours in a car every day....even this morning our son said good bye to him and said "see ya tomorrow"....thats how sad its been here in this house for quite some time....they only see their dad for a small amount of time in the morning...while he is getting ready nonetheless....and rarely (i mean rarely) do they see him at night....he usually gets home well after they are in bed.....so if ya add up the time they see him during the week its about 2 hrs at most....and that only really leaves the weekends....so its time....Andrews commute will go from 60 miles one way (1.5-2.5 hrs drive one way...cuz of construction and traffic) to 13 miles one way.....HUGE improvement!!....we are ready to close the door on this chapter of our life and move forward to the next one.....we are sad to be leaving the friends that we have made here....but we know if the friendships are true they will last even with the distance inv between us...

So these last 7 days are going to be filled with packing....not a ton left.....but we have the essentials to pack now!...hopefully Andrew will get to do a walk thru prior to friday!...getting a few more needed things from target prior to friday....some family fun outside with the kids this week....squish some work in there.....then we are out!
