- Last week at the gym I meet a guy (not that type of guy) but a nice older man who recently started working out and was chatty.....so we talked while we rode the bikes....and he cracked me up....his back story is a recovering addicted....two years sober....good for him....he asked me about my neck and my scar and what happened....I told him I had surgery 6 weeks ago....and he was "oh cool....i thought you might have tried to off yourself"...I have to give him props for actually asking and admitting that....I know I have had many people see it and turn away quickly avoiding eye contact....it gave me a good laugh
- I am mourning the death of carbs....as I put it....I need to switch our diet to low to no carb for 5 days then 2 day carbo load....but its not sticking...my will power is very week for those carbs!!...ugh
- I am sad to watch the series finale of Private Practice....its on the DVR from last night....hoping I can get to it today....but I am sad its over!
- I can not wait for this weekend....we get 1 night off....and we are going to dinner at Ruth Chris for our anniversary....so excited
- My clumsiness so came out last week when I feel/slid on the ice nailing my bad on the running boards of my truck leaving a nice bruise on the middle of my back.....atleast I didnt hurt my neck and its not swim suit season!
- I need to do a food diary for my trainer....but I keep postponing it....since my willpower for food this week is awful....atleast I now know why...thanks aunt flo for showing up!
- I started reading Girl Gone....and I am hooked....even brought the ipad to the gym to read it!
- I love when you or other people find doppelgangers of people (if you don't know what it is google it or watch the episode from How I Meet Your Mom)...its hilarious....especially monday nights find!!!
That's my crazy life in a nutshell....What are you saying SO What! to this week!

OK how did I not know PP was ending for good? I swear I was watching last week and saw SERIES finale and almost cried. Wait, no, I did cry! I had NO IDEA that it was over! I still need to watch the finale but I"m putting it off b/c that means it's really over.
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw it was ending earlier this fall I was sad....but I watched it yesterday afternoon and it was good....I cried....sad that its gone, but i think they did a good job in wrapping it up and ending it!
