The chaos that follows a holiday!!

So its been a few days...well almost a week....I had 5 glorious days off last week and dont know what the hell happened to them or where they went!!!  Seriously....in a blink of an eye they were gone....and yesterday I would have loved to skip it...the kids alone were enough to want a redo or move past....I did not get the mother of the year award yesterday thats for sure!!!  Between wanting to run for the hills and sell a child or two...it was a day....one that I am glad is over...and that today is a new day!!!

With that said we did have a great thanksgiving though!!

Wednesday was a nice day off...I got actually clean my house....really clean it...its been a while...I think my husband thought I was insane...but thats ok...it felt good!!!

Thursday we got to enjoy a huge meal with family and friends....we all ate to our bellies were full...too full...then my parents took the kids home with them...so Andrew and I could try black friday shopping out (yes we are that insane as well and sad part it was for a 10 dollar laptop for our daughter)....WALMART was crazy....I mean crazy...if youve seen peopleofwalmart.com there is a pic of it....it was like that....we got what we wanted and had to wait til 10pm for the price to kick in....we wondered....every turn was either marked off by do not enter tap...or groups of people ready to throw down punches when it was time to get their deal!!!  but we got a great laugh at the scenes nonetheless!

Friday Andrew and I got some time to wrap all the kids christmas presents....when lets be honest I wrapped all the christmas presents....and man did that take a long time!!!!  But they are done!!!  And then we just got to chill out for the rest of the day....much needed...and more than likely a turkey coma after thursday!!!

Saturday the kids came back and we went and celebrated a first birthday for two special girls...still can't believe its been a year since they have been born!!!  It was fun hanging out with them and being able to be included in such a special occasion...we are truly blessed to have such amazing people on our life!!

Sunday we went to run a few errands...one that really didnt need to be run...since I could not read the time correctly for pick up.  But oh well...I guess I get to go again tomorrow!!!

I hope that everyone had a great thanksgiving and time spent with family and friends!!!
